Refund policy

Due to the COVID Pandemic, SafetyKeys Toronto does not offer exchanges, refunds, or returns- ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Any damaged or missing items must be reported with photo and/or video evidence via email within 24 hours of delivery.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to know all customs import policies and potential surcharges for their country. If packages do not clear customs, SafetyKeys Toronto will only provide a partial refund once the package has been returned to us. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.
