Shipping policy
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order. Shipping time does NOT include processing time.
Ownership of packages turned over to Canada Post transfers to the buyer. SafetyKeys Toronto is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address via carriers, or because of incorrect shipping information entered by the customer, this includes packages returned to us due to incorrect shipping information being entered by the customer. There will be a re-shipment fee for any packages sent back to us because of an insufficient address. Please ensure that you have entered the CORRECT shipping information at checkout.
SafetyKeys Toronto is not responsible for any lost packages marked as "delivered". Please check with neighbouring houses to see if the package was delivered there or if someone in your household brought the package inside for you! Once the item has been shipped, it is out of our control. For any lost packages, please file a claim with Canada Post directly.
FOR CANADIAN/USA ORDERS: All shipping service options available provide tracking and insurance of up to $100. If your package is lost, or damaged, please contact us via email and reach out to Canada Post to directly file a claim.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: If you select "SMALL PACKET INTERNATIONAL AIR" as your desired shipping method, please note that there is NO tracking or insurance provided, thus you as the customer assume the risk of loss. If you selected one of the other shipping methods, including flat rates for international shipments, tracking and insurance of up to $100 are both included. For any issues, please reach out to the postage carrier first. If they are unable to assist you, please reach out to us via email at safetykeys.to@gmail.com and we will try to find a solution. Additionally, your package may be subject to Duties and Taxes (including VAT) which may be incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SafetyKeys Toronto is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
**IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO BE AWARE OF AND ACCEPT ANY AND ALL IMPORT RESTRICTIONS WITH REGARDS TO THE PRODUCTS SOLD BY SAFETYKEYS TORONTO. IF YOU, AS THE CUSTOMER, DECIDE TO PURCHASE A PRODUCT THAT IS ILLEGAL IN YOUR COUNTRY, SAFETYKEYS TORONTO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE PACKAGE GETS HELD AND/OR CONFISCATED AT CUSTOMS. SAFETYKEYS TORONTO WILL ONLY PROVIDE A PARTIAL REFUND FOR THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT ONCE THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO OUR COMPANY**
